The 2011 Aalborg Jule Akvavit is a traditional Danish spirit produced by De Danske Spritfabrikker, a distinguished purveyor to the Royal Danish Court. This luxury aquavit is crafted according to historic recipes, serving as a tribute to the finest aquavits from the late nineteenth century.
Maintaining a deep connection to its heritage, the spirit is bottled at a traditional alcohol strength of 47%, mirroring the production methods of over a century ago. The 2011 release is particularly notable as it marks the 30th edition of the Aalborg Jule Akvavit series. For this milestone vintage, the unique bottle design was inspired by the elegant shape of the spirit's drops.

Storage
Store the bottle horizontally at 12–14°C and avoid direct sunlight, vibrations, and temperature fluctuations.
Opening
Allow the bottle to stand upright for 24–48 hours before opening to allow sediment to settle. Use a professional corkscrew and open carefully.
Enjoyment
Serve at 17–18°C and be patient – there is a great difference in how and how quickly wines open up when they are aerated.
